Panaji, Jul 12: Goa reported 108 new cases of Covid 19 and no death during the last 24 hours.

According to a daily bulletin issued by the Directorate of Health Services (DHS), with the new cases, the number of total confirmed cases in the state increased to 1,68,824 while a number of total deaths stood at 3097.

There were 186 recoveries during the last 24 hours which took the number of total recoveries in the state to 1,63,957.

The recovery rate in the state improved 97.12 percent.

Today, 89 patients were sent for home isolation, 19 were admitted to hospitals while 23 were discharged.

As many as 3118 new samples were tested on Monday taking the number of total samples tested so far to 9,74,304.
The number of active cases in the state decreased to 1770. (UNI)
