AMARAVATI (ANDHRA PRADESH), MAR 31 : Heatwave conditions are likely to prevail at isolated places in Rayalaseema from Monday to Thursday, Meteorological Centre said on Sunday.
In a daily weather report here, it said that hot, humid and uncomfortable weather is likely to prevail at isolated places in North Coastal Andhra Pradesh & Yanam and South Coastal Andhra Pradesh during the next five days and in Rayalaseema during the next 24 hours.
Dry weather is likely to prevail in Coastal Andhra Pradesh & Yanam and Rayalaseema during the next seven days.
Rain occurred at one or two places in Coastal Andhra Pradesh and dry weather prevailed in Rayalaseema & Yanam during the last 24 hours.
The highest maximum temperature of 42.4 degree celsius was recorded at Cuddapah in Rayalaseema on Saturday, the report added.(UNI)
