KOCHI, JUNE 29 :  Former UNI Senior correspondent, CG Vasan, died in a private hospital at Ernakulam, where he was undergoing treatment for chest infection, family sources said on Saturday. He was 64.

He is survived by his wife, Sheena, and two children, Gokul and Gopika. Vasan had worked in various centres of UNI, including Kozhikode, Kochi, Thiruvananathapuram, and Chennai, for the last four decades.

The funeral will be held on Sunday at Kannipayyur near Kunnamkulam in Thrissur district, family sources said.(UNI)
