Foresight College organises international FDP
Pune, May 26 :Foresight College Of Commerce (FCC) in collaboration with International School of Management Studies (ISMS) and Winners Ltd organised an International FDP on “How To Become A Dynamic Teacher?” here Today.
More than 373 college teachers from across the country representing various university and colleges participated in this program.
The unique features of this program was the overwhelming active participation of varsities and college teachers from more than 15 countries, especially the Philippines, Gulf Countries, Bangladesh, Pakistan, China.
The program was inaugurated by Dr RaviKumar. M. Chitnis Pro Vice Chancellor of MIT World Peace University. In his inaugural address, he applauded the efforts of FCC and ISMS to organise such a need based, relevant and significant programme that can truly invigorate and help the teachers to genuinely become dynamic and effective especially in the difficult time of online teaching during this pandemic period.
Internationally renowned and popularly known as Dale Carnegie of India, Dr Bharat Chandra, was the resource person. Dr Chandra gave useful, relevant and very practical tips to teachers as how to upgrade their skills and develop excellence in the role of teaching and developing their students through memory, knowledge, understanding skill and application and effective communication, motivation, counselling and mentoring their students. His session was highly inspiring and very absorbing.
Principal Dr M.D.Lawrence from FCC, Pune welcomed the guest and gave a brief outline of the program. Asst. Prof. Gauri Jadhav from ISMS anchored the program while Prof. Archana Mhaske proposed vote of thanks.
Dr Shrishti Gangalay, Asst. Prof. Pranali Suryavanshi and Asst. Prof. Shilpa Khada were the co-coordinators of this program.
