Panaji, Jun 20 : Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Goa Today said that All India Congress Congress Committee (AICC) Goa desk incharge Dinesh Rao should talk about work done by his party leaders during Covid pandemic instead of crticising government.
Speaking to reporters, BJP Goa Spokesperson Urfan Mulla said,” I think instead of criticising government, Mr Rao should speak about work done by Congress workers during the pandemic. What was Congress doing during Covid, where were the Congress workers. Had he spoken about this, I think people of Goa would have appreciated him.”
Mr Mulla said Mr Rao had not given clarity over who were going to be their alliance partner in the next assembly elections.
” I would like to remind Congress State President that he should recollect the party had decided not to have tie up with those who were in suitcase to suitcase government. He should also make it clear whether Congress is going to have a tie up with Goa Forward Party (GFP) or not. Congress leaders themselves are saying that there is no clarity over the alliance,” he said.(UNI)
