CHENNAI, OCT 13 :Samajwadi Party MP Dimple Yadav on Friday night

pledged her full support for the implementation of the Women’s Bill that provides

33 per cent reservation in Parliament and State Legislatures.

Talking to reporters at the Chennai airport on her arrival for the DMK Women’s

Rights Conference on the issue of Women’s quota to be held tomorrow, she said

she extended full support to the implementation of the Bill.

However, she said steps should be taken that quota should also be given to the

Backward Classes in the Bill.

A galaxy of top women leaders of Opposition INDIA bloc including Congress

Chairperson Sonia Gandhi her daughter and party General Secretary will attend

the conference on the women’s quota issue.(UNI)
