PUNE, JAN 29    :     Ahead of presentation of the Interim Budget 2024-25, Ranjit Naiknavare, president of CREDAI Pune Metro, on Monday made a series of demands to Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman.
He has requested Minister Sitharaman to increase tax exemptions for principal repayment of housing loans, revision in definition of affordable housing and re-introduction of the Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme for the ‘MIG’ (middle-income group) segment for first-time home buyers.(UNI)
