Nashik, Oct 5 : The Covid-19 recovery rate in the Nashik district currently stands at 97.66 percent, the authorities said today.
Rural Nashik has registered a 96.92 per cent recovery rate, 98.13 per cent in Nashik city, 96.98 percent in Malegaon and 97.66 per cent in other parts of the district.
As per the latest update, 3,99,243 patients have been discharged in the district.
Meanwhile, 911 patients are undergoing treatment while 8,639 patients have died so far, district nodal officer Dr Anant Pawar said.
Out of 8,639 deaths, 4,170 have been reported from Nashik rural area, 3,986 from Nashik Municipal Corporation area, 357 from Malegaon Municipal Corporation area and 126 from outside the district.(UNI)
