Aurangabad / Mumbai, Nov 8 : Continuing the downward trend for the fourth consecutive day, Maharashtra on Monday reported 751 fresh Covid-19 patients and 15 fatalities in a single day, taking the state’s cumulative case tally to 66,18,347 and the toll to 1,40,403, respectively, a health bulletin of the state government said.
On the other hand, 1,555 patients were discharged during the day across the state, taking overall count of recoveries to 64,60,663.
The state’s recovery rate further improved to 97.62 per cent, while the fatality rate was steady at 2.12 per cent.
There are now 13,649 active cases in the state, added the bulletin.(UNI)
