Nashik, April 21: Altogether 6,257 fresh Covid-19 patients and 90 casualties, the highest in the year, were reported in a single day today, taking the district’s tally of such cases to 2,81,877 and the toll to 3,122, respectively.
On the other hand, 3,740 more patients were discharged during the day across the district, taking the overall count of recoveries to 2,34,086.
There are now 44,669 active cases in the district, an official report said. (UNI)
