Kolhapur, Feb 28 :Forty-four fresh Covid-19 patients and one death were reported today, taking the district’s tally of such cases to 50,437 and the toll to 1,744, respectively.

On the other hand, five more patients were discharged during the day across the district, taking the overall count of recoveries to 48,400.

There are now 143 active cases in the district, an official report said. (UNI)
