COVID-19: 26 more cases in Kangra
Dharamshala, Feb 28 : COVID-19 cases have started to surge in Kangra district during the last few days as Sunday witnessed
26 new cases being registered in the district.
23 of these new cases are male while 20 of them are from Nagrota Bagwan.
With the addition of these new cases the district’s case load has climbed to 8457.
Chief Medical Officer(CMO) Kangra, Dr. Gurdharshan Gupta told UNI that
there was no death in the district due Covid-19 today thus keeping the
death toll from the virus in the district to 207.
CMO Kangra said that there were no recoveries in the district today
thus the number of the people who recovered in the district has remained stagnant at 8132.
The number of active cases in the district has further gone up today to 116 on Sunday as against 90 on Saturday. (UNI)
