Bhadohi, Mar 17 : A couple, working in a carpet company, died of suicide under suspicious circumstances in the Gopiganj Kotwali area here, police sources said on Wednesday.
Police sources said that the couple had fled from neighbouring country Nepal and come to Bhadohi where they were working as weavers at a carpet company. On Wednesday morning, their bodies were found hanging from a tree present in the company premises.
Vikram (24) has been involved in a love affair with Urmila, who lived in the same neighbourhood and was married to someone else. They fled and came to the Gopiganj area in Bhadohi.
Police have started a probe into the matter.(UNI)
