Nashik, Sep 30 : The COVID pandemic situation is improving in Nashik district, as it has reported 97.65 percent recovery for the past few days, the authorities informed today.
The recovery figures includes 96.89 per cent in rural Nashik, 98.15 per cent in Nashik city, 97.06 per cent in Malegaon and 97.74 per cent in outpatient districts.
At present 950 patients are being treated, while 8,631 patients have died from the pandemic so far, informed District Nodal Officer Dr Anant Pawar .
Out of the 8631 cases, 4,166 are from Nashik rural area, 3,982 from Nashik Municipal Corporation area, 357 in Malegaon Municipal Corporation area and 126 from outside the district.

Till date 4,08,370 corona cases have been recorded in the district, out of which 3,98,789 patients have fully recovered and have been discharged.(UNI)
