Hyderabad, Sep 30 : Founder & CEO of Laurus Laboratories Limited Dr Satyanarayana Chava emphasised that CEOs should constantly redefine strategies to make the right strategies, focus on sustainability and emphasise on delivering value to stakeholders.
Delivering his inaugural address at the CEOs Conclave with the theme Redefining Strategies for Sustaining & Growth organized by Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Telangana here on Thursday, Dr Satyanarayana said beyond financials, companies are now seeing that being purpose-led can have significant benefits such as stronger people and customer engagement and fostering a culture of innovation in the organization.
Mr Abhaya Shankar, Managing Director, Raygan Finvest Private Limited mentioned about the 3 critical competencies CEOs should adapt in the current situation. He spoke on the importance of customer centricity and innovation.
Mr Sameer Goel, Chairman, CII Telangana & Managing Director, Coromandel International Limited in his special address highlighted the changing dynamics of business with an aim to not just survive but also revive and thrive.
In his theme address, Mr Vagish Dixit, Vice Chairman, CII Telangana & Managing Director, Alpla India Private limited mentioned that the last 18 months witnessed immense acceptance of changes in Business and People practices and added that CEOs, owners and founders seek to reinterpret post-pandemic growth plans, their priorities are now shifting to reflect a new reality.(UNI)
