Bryan Adams Delights Kolkata with Electrifying Performance
KOLKATA, DEC 9 : The 65 year old celebrated Canadian singer-songwriter Bryan Adams swyaed the audience with his evergreen numbers as he performed his first concert in the eastern metropolis.
The global rock sensation brought his “So Happy It Hurts” World Tour to Aquatica here, leaving an electrified crowd of thousands in awe. The concert, part of the artist’s 7-city India tour, marked a historic musical moment for the city.
Everything I Do (I Do It For You), Please Forgive Me and of course, the timeless Summer of ’69 were among the bouquet of presentation.
Singer Ujjaini Mukherjee took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to share her euphoria: “There I was, This was me.. last night when bryanadams came to town. bryanadamslive sohappyithurts”.
Kolkata’s concert marked Bryan Adams’ sixth visit to India, his previous trips to the country taking place in 1993-94, 2001, 2006, 2011, and 2018. The two-time Grammy Award winner is set to perform in six more cities across India over the next nine days, bringing his legendary music to fans nationwide.
