HYDERABAD, DEC 3  :   Telangana Assembly Deputy Speaker and BRS Candidate T Padma Rao on Sunday won the Secunderabad Assembly seat in Telangana by defeating Congress Candidate Adam Santhosh Kumar by a margin of 45,240 votes.

The BRS candidate, since the start of the counting at 8 AM this morning, maintained a comfortable lead till the end of 16 rounds.
The Election Commission has declared BRS candidate T Padma Rao elected from Secunderabad Assembly Constituency.(UNI)
