Hyderabad, Sep 27 : Normal life in Telangana, on account of Bharat Bandh called by Samyukt Kisan Morcha (SKM) and supported by the Opposition parties and trade unions, demanding the Centre to repeal the contentious farm laws, was not affected today.

Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) buses plied as usual and most of the shops and other establishments were open and banks too functioned normally..

The cadre of Congress, TDP, Left parties held protests in various parts of the state raising slogans against the BJP-led NDA government at the Centre.

No untoward incidents were reported from the state so far.(UNI)
