Aurangabad, Mar 21: Aurangabad district on Sunday spotted 1,432 Covid positive cases, taking the district tally to 67,354, official sources said.
Besides, the district also witnessed eleven fatalities, the highest in 24 hours, mounting the death toll to 1,491.
Aurangabad district is one of the worst-affected reason in Maharashtra.

Out of 1,432 patients, 984 were detected from urban parts and rest from rural parts of districts, sources added.
While 810 were recovered in the district during the same time period, of which 648 belonged to the municipal corporation areas and 162 from rural areas.
With this, a total of 54,866 patients have been cured so far in Aurangabad.
At present, there are 11,069 active cases at different hospitals and Covid care centres across the district, confirmed the sources.(UNI)
