MUMBAI, MAR 11   :    Krystal Integrated Services will come out with initial public offering (IPO) to raise Rs 175 crore.

The company has fixed price band of IPO in the range of Rs 680 to Rs 715 per equity share of face value of Rs 10.

The issue will open for subscription on March 14 and close on March 18, a press release said here on Monday.(UNI)
