HYDERABAD, DEC 6 : An earthquake of magnitude 3.6 on the Richter scale struck 87 km West-North-West of Hyderabad in Telangana on Tuesday.

According to the National Centre for Seismology (NCS), the quake occurred at 3.23 pm.

The quake was at a depth of five km.
