All three accused in kidnapping and misconduct case of minor sentenced by court

Kaithal, May 21 : All the three accused in the kidnapping and misconduct case of a minor were sentenced by the court, ASJ Madam Poonam Suneja’s special court sentenced two accused to 25-25 years imprisonment and fine of 27-27 thousand rupees and third to 20 years imprisonment and fine of 25 thousand rupees.
All three accused were sentenced Today in the case of misdemeanor by a special court of Additional Sessions Judge Madam Poonam Suneja. Out of which two accused have been sentenced to imprisonment for 25-25 years and a fine of Rs 27-27 thousand and the third accused has been sentenced to 20 years imprisonment and fine of 25 thousand rupees. The convicts will face additional imprisonment for not paying the fine.
Giving information, Superintendent of Police Lokendra Singh said that on the complaint of a resident of Kaithal Colony, in the city of Thana on October 30, on the night of October 29, his 15-year-old minor daughter was kidnapped by some unknown person. During the investigation conducted by the police by showing promptness and readiness, on October 30, the accused Pawan Putra Balbir resident potter Mahollah Jind was arrested, which revealed during interrogation that he had boarded a bus to Kaithal after misbehaving with the minor.
During the investigation, it was revealed that the minors who got off the bus on Bhoolvansh Titaram mode took the accused Ravindra Putra Meher Singh resident Mandi Sadran and Lakhvindra alias Lucky son Balavindra with him on a Pold bike, and after forcibly abusing him in a deserted farm Threatened to kill on being told.
During the investigation by the police, the minor was recovered and handed over to the Warsaw after implementing the action as per the rules. The accused Ravindra and Lakhvindra were also arrested by the police on 7 November 2019 and the conviction was handed down to the Hon’ble Court on 10 January 2020 after gathering strong and concrete evidence during the investigation and seriousness of the indictment.
The SP said that on May 21, the accused Pawan was accused by the honorable special court of Additional Sessions Judge Madam Poonam Suneja. Under Section 366 and 376 (3), 20 years imprisonment and fine of 25 thousand rupees and 6 poxo act to accused Ravindra and Lakhvindra and Bhadas no.
