All leaders accused of corruption now in BJP: NCP
Aurangabad/Mumbai, Sep 21: NCP state spokesperson Mahesh Tapase Today said that all the leaders who were accused of corruption in the past by BJP’s Kirit Somaiya are now in the saffron party.
Mr. Somaiya had leveled charges of corruption against Kripashankar Singh, Narayan Rane, Vijay Kumar Gavit, and Babanrao Pachpute who were now in BJP, he said in a press statement and asked what does this mean?
He further said that senior NCP leader and Maharashtra minister Chhagan Bhujbal was also charged in the Maharashtra Sadan scam case but he was acquitted by the court.
“Making allegations is your (BJP) job, our job is to serve Maharashtra,” he quipped.
Mr. Tapase expressed confidence that the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) government would complete its full term. MVA will be elected in the future as well, he added. (UNI)
