All human people are entitled to Lord Rama: Subhashit
HYDERABAD, JAN 20 : N V Subhash, the official spokesperson of the Telangana state BJP, emphatically declared that Lord Rama symbolises “Nyay and Dharm” (justice and humanity) and emphasised that God does not belong to any specific religion or caste on this land.
During a press conference held at state party headquarters here on Saturday, while reacting strongly to the opposition parties’ decision to decline the invitation to the Ram temple “Pran Pratistha” ceremony in Ayodhya, the senior BJP spokesperson criticized the stance, particularly targeting the Congress party.
He accused opposition parties of disrespecting the faith of millions of people who believe in Lord Rama, despite the Congress having ruled the country for decades.
Subhash clarified that the consecration of Lord Rama transcends political affiliations and organisational boundaries. It is a sacred ceremony organised by individuals who share a deep faith in God, irrespective of their positions or ranks.
He credited Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his government for fulfilling the 500-year-old pending demand of the country’s people within nine years. Subhash added that Prime Minister Modi consistently acknowledges the blessings of the 140 crore people of the country for every event and function.
In contrast, he accused the Congress of engaging in appeasement politics, targeting a specific community for political gain. Notably, Subhash highlighted the eagerness of Congress workers to participate in the religious ceremony, despite warnings from the party’s High Command.
Addressing reports of UP Congress leaders planning to visit Ayodhya after January 22, Subhash welcomed all citizens of India with faith in Lord Rama to visit the place for worship, similar to their visits to other historical and sacred places across the country.
Subhash also urged the Telangana government to seek the blessings of Lord Rama by declaring an official holiday on January 22. He further called for the issuance of a government order to illuminate all temples and conduct Pooja ceremonies, creating a spiritual atmosphere in the state.(UNI)
