KOLKATA, JULY 2 :  India’s apex engineering exports promotion body EEPC India has appointed Adhip Mitra as Executive Director & Secretary. He succeeds Suranjan Gupta, who has held the position since 2018. Adhip Mitra has been actively involved in the various activities undertaken by the Council across the world.

He is by profession a Cost Accountant and has decades of experience in his working life in different spheres. Mitra has been a part of EEPC India’s think tank and plays an important role in devising strategy and bringing higher visibility to the Council’s activities.

EEPC India has been the face of Indian engineering exports for decades. As an advisory body, it actively contributes to the policies of the Government of India and acts as the prime conduit between the Indian Engineering fraternity and the government.(UNI)
