Hyderabad, April 27 :  ABN Andhra Jyothi Managing Director Vemuri Radha Krishna’s wife Kanaka Durga passed away at a private hospital here today.

Kanaka Durga, who had been unwell for the past few days, breathed her last while undergoing treatment this morning.

She was 63 and is survived by her husband Radha Krishna (RK), son Aditya and daughter Aamoda.

Kanaka Durga was one of the Directors in Aamoda Publications belonging to Andhra Jyothi Group.

Her final rites will take place at Jubilee Hills Maha Prasthanam in the afternoon.

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao mourned the death of Kanaka Durga, wife of Andhra Jyothi newspaper Managing Director RK.

He conveyed his condolences to members of the bereaved family.

Himachal Pradesh Governor Bandaru Dattatreya, Union Minister of state for Home G.Kishan Reddy, former Maharashtra Governor Ch Vidyasagar Rao, Jana Sena Party President Pawan Kalyan, several politicians from both telugu states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, film celebrities and media personalities have also expressed their condolences to RK and his family.(UNI)
