MUMBAI, JAN 4    :     The initial public offer of auto company Jyoti CNC Automation will be listed on the country’s capital markets to raise Rs 1,000 crore.

The company has fixed price of issue in the range of Rs 315 to Rs 331 per equity share.
The issue will open for public subscription on January 9 and close on January 11, a press release said here on Thursday.(UNI)
