Puducherry, Mar 17 : Lt.Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan on Wednesday accorded expenditure sanction for Rs 27,85,56,096, as proposed by Directorate of School Education, towards the release of grant-in-aid to 35 Government aided private schools in Puducherry ,Karaikal and Yanam regions.
According to a Raj Nivas release, this is for payment of pension and retirement benefits from January 2020 to February 2021 and salary for six months from September 2020 to February 2021.(UNI)
