Lucknow, Mar 15 :Two car-borne women were killed while two others sustained injuries in a road mishap in the Gomti Nagar area of the state capital, early Today morning.
Police sources here said that a speeding car and a dumper collided at the 1090 chauraha in the Gomti Nagar area, early this morning. Two people were killed in the accident while two others sustained injuries.
Sources said that the people in the car hail from the Basti district. The injured said that the women who died in the accident had asked for a lift from them and hence, their identities are yet to be established.

The injured have been admitted to the Civil hospital.(UNI)
