Puducherry, Mar 13 :The Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI) has finalised its alliance and seat sharing with the Amma Makkal Munnetra Kazhagam (AMMK) and will contest four seats here in the April 6 assembly elections.

SDPI Tamil Nadu state secretary S.Ameer Hamsa, in a statement, announced the name of three candidates of the party to contest the elections. Accordingly, R Aiffa will contest from Nellithoppe, Mohammed Kasim from Ariyankuppm and M Tameem Kani from Karaikal (North). Candidate for one seat will be announced later.(UNI)
