Thane, Mar 11 : A 32-year-old worker at the concrete plant at a construction site died in an accident on Tuesday the city police said on Wednesday.

The SHO at the Kasarwadavali police station said that an accidental death case has been registered following the death of the worker.

The police said that while operating the batching plant of the concrete mixture at the building construction site the worker died in an accident.

The worker has been identified as Rafikul Afzal Miya. Yesterday he climbed up the machine and opened the lid to check if the mixture was ready and accidentally fell into it and got mixed. He was pulled out and rushed to hospital where doctors declared him brought dead the p;olice said.(UNI)
