HYDERABAD, JULY 25 : A naxalite was killed in an exchange of fire between police and Maoists in the forests on the borders of Kothagudem and Mulugu districts of Telangana on Thursday.

The incident occurred when Greyhounds forces and special party personnel were carrying out combing operations in Gundala Mandal in Kothagudem district, police said here.
The deceased naxalite was identified as Ashok from Ghanpur Mandal of Mulugu district.(UNI)
