Washington, Mar 10 (Sputnik): The Biden administration will undertake later this month a review of oil and gas drilling on all federal lands approved by the cabinet of former President Donald Trump in order to prevent waste of resources and environmental harm, the US Interior Department said on Tuesday.
“The federal oil and gas program is not serving the American public well. It’s time to take a close look at how to best manage our nation’s natural resources with current and future generations in mind,” Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of Land and Minerals Management Laura Daniel-Davis said in a statement.(UNI)
