PATNA, JUNE 12 :  Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Wednesday congratulated N Chandrababu Naidu on becoming Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh.

Kumar, while congratulating Naidu, hoped that Andhra Pradesh would further move on the path of development under his leadership. Naidu has returned to power after a long gap, winning the recently held Lok Sabha elections in the state.

As it is Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Ministers J P Nadda and Nitin Gadkari were among the other top leaders who were present on the occasion of the swearing-in ceremony of Naidu. He had deferred his swearing-in due to the oath taken by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his new council of ministers after the NDA registered victory in the recently held Lok Sabha elections.(UNI)
