Leading the way in sustainable innovation is Water Kingdom.

MUMBAI, JUNE 7  :    Water Kingdom, Asia’s largest water park, is spearheading sustainable practices within the leisure and amusement sector.

Embracing a theme of ‘Lost Kingdom in a Tropical Forest,’ the park boasts lush greenery, hosting over 65 species of plants and trees that foster a diverse habitat for wildlife and significantly enhance the environment.

Committed to eco-friendly operations, Water Kingdom has implemented extensive recycling programmes and initiatives to minimise single-use plastics. Visitors are encouraged to engage in waste segregation, fostering a culture of environmental responsibility. Organic waste from the park is composted and utilised in landscaping.

A standout feature is the park’s state-of-the-art water recycling and filtration system, which recycles 9 million litres of water every 90 minutes, drastically reducing wastage.

Energy-efficient technologies and renewable energy sources further bolster the park’s sustainability, cutting reliance on fossil fuels and reducing carbon emissions.

Visitors can also learn about sustainable practices through interactive exhibits and guided tours showcasing the park’s green infrastructure. Water Kingdom’s comprehensive efforts underline its dedication to environmental stewardship, setting a benchmark in the industry.(UNI)
