Telangana: K Reddy has a 1.71 lakh vote advantage in the Secunderabad local government after six rounds.
HYDERABAD, JUNE 4 : Union Minister and Telangana State president G Kishan Reddy from Secunderabad Lok Sabha constituency in Telangana, is leading by a margin of 1,71,958 votes in Sixth round against his rival congress candidate Danam Nagender, here on Tuesday.
However, as many as 1927 votes polled under NOTA at the end of sixth round , out of 16 rounds in this constituency, where counting is underway.
Out of 3,62894 votes from the sixth round, Kishan Reddy has secured 1,71,958 votes followed by Danam Nagender from Congress ( 1,36,415 votes) and T Padma Rao from BRS ( 46,695), according to an official data from the election Commission.
Kishan Reddy is seeking a second consecutive term from Secunderabad Lok Sabha seat
In the 2019 elections, Kishan Reddy secured the seat with a margin of over 62,000 votes, defeating BRS’ TSK Yadav.(UNI)
