WAYANAD , JUNE 4 :   Congress leader and sitting United Democratic Front (UDF) MP Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday defeated CPI candidate Annie Raja of Left Democratic Front (LDF) by a margin of 3,64,422 votes from Wayanad Lok Sabha Constituency.

Rahul Gandhi secured 6,47,445 votes, while Annie Raja garnered 2,83,023 votes and BJP State president K Surendran came in third spot with 1,41,045 votes.

Rahul Gandhi votes have been decreased around 67000 in this election.
This will be the second term for Rahul Gandhi from Wayanad Parliamentary Constituency.
In the 2019 election, he defeated P P Suneer of LDF by a massive margin of 4.31 lakh.(UNI)
