A two-day HACCP certificate training is offered by NIFTEM-K.

NEW DELHI, JUNE 2 : To commemorate World Food Safety Day on 7th June, the National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management, Kundli (NIFTEM-K), held a two-day certificate course on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) from 1st-2nd June 2024.

The course, conducted in collaboration with The Acheson Group, attracted students and professionals from various organisations.

Dr. Harinder Singh Oberoi, Director of NIFTEM-K, inaugurated the event, emphasising the importance of stringent food safety protocols. Ranjeet Klair from The Acheson Group led the sessions, offering hands-on learning through interactive exercises and role-playing scenarios.

The programme aimed to enhance practical knowledge in food safety management, demonstrating NIFTEM-K’s commitment to excellence in education and industry partnership.(UNI)
