Mumbai, Mar 4 :The Rupee on Thursday fell marginally by three paise at 72.74 against the US Dollar in the opening trade on rising demand for US Dollar by banks and importers, dealers at the Forex Market said.

The domestic unit was seen as weak on the firm dollar against other world currencies amid a weak equity market.

The domestic unit registered days high and low at 72.71 and 72.77 respectively, he added. (UNI)
