Jalna, Mar 2 :In a sensational incident, an Anti-corruption Bureu team
of Jalna on Tuesday arrested a sand supplier who allegedly tried to give a bribe
of Rs. 25,000 the complainant PSI attached with Devgaon Rangari rural police station in the district.
Interestingly, this time that the ACB caught those who were offered the bribe amount.
According to the ACB officials sources tonight stated that , the accused identified as Gokul Suryawanshi having sand tempos who was forcing to accept bribe of Rs 25,000 to the complainant PSI Shailesh Jogdabd for allowing him to carry out sand tempos illegally, said ACB sources.
However, the complainant did not wanted to accept the bribe
from a Suryawanshi approcehed to ACB office here and registered a complaint against Mr Suryawanshi.
The ACB team led by laid a trap at same police station premises and arrested Mr Suryawanshi when he handed over the amount to the complainant in presence of witness.
