According to Finance Minister Buggana, Dhone has emerged as the state’s most developed city during the past five years.
HYDERABAD 29 : TIRUPATI According to Finance Minister Buggana Rajendranath Reddy, the Dhone assembly constituency has emerged as a major player in terms of development over the past five years, making significant advancements under the YSRCP administration that were previously unattainable over the previous seventy-five years.
The finance minister is up against former federal minister of state for railways Kotla Jayasurya Prakash Reddy of the TDP. The minister is hopeful of winning his hat-trick of victories in the upcoming elections in the Dhone assembly constituency in Nandyal district.
Beginning a door-to-door campaign for the election on Sunday in Peapully Mandal, Buggana urged the populace to consider why, over the previous fifteen years, neither he nor his opponent, Kotla Jayasurya Prakash Reddy, had ever made an effort to engage with the people in the constituency.
“Leaders from different faction groups who died and left their families in ruins should all understand why these factions are now putting aside their differences and working together in order to destroy me. Buggana asked the populace, “Won’t such power-hungry people revive faction at the Dhone assembly constituency, where no major faction related violence has been reported in the last decade?”
The finance minister appealed to the electorate to promise support to him and the YSRCP in order to continue development in the next five years, while also outlining the financial benefits provided to the residents of the Dhone assembly constituency over the previous five years and the many development projects carried out during the YSRCP regime.(UNI)
