Panaji, Feb 28 :Goa Health Minister Vishwajit Rane on Sunday urged citizens above 60 years of age and those between 45-59 with co-morbidity to come forward and get vaccinated.
In a tweet, he said, ”As we begin the second phase of vaccination, I urge all citizens above the age of 60 years & those between 45-59 years with co-morbidities to come forward and get vaccinated.”
”It has been a long battle against Covid-19 & with highly effective & efficient vaccines we are now close to winning this battle,” he said.
The second phase of Covid vaccine drive begins on March 1, 2021. (UNI)
