HYDERABAD, JAN 25    :    Telangana Chief Secretary Santhi Kumari on Thursday administered the National Voters Day pledge to the employees of the Secretariat here on the occasion of National Voters Day.

The day is observed to encourage young voters to exercise their franchise and consider it as a duty.
The objective behind such exercise is to strengthen democracy.

Many senior IAS officers and Secretariat employees have pledged to participate in the National Voters Day.(UNI)
