WASHINGTON, JAN 8   :    Former US President Donald Trump has asked the Superior Court of Fulton County to dismiss the Georgia election interference case against him, arguing that he is protected by presidential immunity, a court filing showed on Monday.

“The conduct charged in the indictment falls under the aegis of presidential immunity, and the indictment must be dismissed,” the court filing said.(UNI)
