Adani Group looks into Telangana investment opportunities; CM Revanth Reddy promises assistance
HYDERABAD, JAN 3 : Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy engaged in discussions with Karan Adani, CEO to Ports and SEZs, and Asish Rajvansh, CEO of Adani Aero Space, during a meeting where the Adani Group expressed its interest in investing in the state.
Assuring the Adani company delegation, the Chief Minister pledged the State Government’s commitment to providing necessary amenities, infrastructure, and subsidies for new industries, fostering industrial growth, and generating employment opportunities. The CM extended an invitation for Adani company investments in Telangana, a statement from the Chief Minister’s Office said on Wednesday.
Adani Group representatives conveyed their intention to continue existing projects while seeking government support for establishing new ventures. Despite changes in the Telangana government, the delegation expressed readiness to set up industries and create jobs in the state. Discussions included plans for a Data Center and an Aero Space park, highlighting the company’s commitment to advancing projects in Telangana.
The meeting also covered progress updates on ongoing projects and discussions on the establishment of new ventures. Present at the meeting were IT and Industry Minister D Sridhar Babu, Chief Secretary Smt Santhi Kumari, IT Secretary Jayesh Ranjan, CM Secretary Shanawaz Qasim, CM Special Secretary Ajith Reddy, and other officials.(UNI)
