HYDERABAD, DEC 4  :   Congratulating Congress party for winning the Telangana Assembly election, State BJP Chief Spokerson K.Krishna Sagar Rao on Monday said “In a functional democracy change is the only constant”.

While we could have performed much better, the compounding of our vote share & seat share is a silver lining, Rao said in a statement here.
‘Our party will do an internal review of the results and reasons behind the electoral outcomes,’ he said.

The BJP will make necessary changes to achieve big results in the 2024 Lok Sabha election, he added.(UNI)
