MUMBAI, NOV 27  :   Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde on Monday saluted Guru Nanak Dev, the founder of Sikhism, on the occasion of his birth anniversary and extended his greetings to the people.

In his message, Shinde said, ‘Guru Nanak Dev gave the best place to Guru Bhakti. He taught love, goodwill and brotherhood.
His message of peace and humanity continues to inspire today.

Wishing the light of Nanak Dev’s knowledge will always illuminate the lives of all of us,’ the Chief Minister said and offered crores of prostrations at the feet of Sri Guru Nanakdev.(UNI)
