SANGAREDDY (TELANGANA), NOV 12 : Three individuals sustained serious injuries when a fire broke out in a chemical factory located in the Pashamylaram Industrial area of Patancheru Mandal in this district on Sunday.

According to the police, a minor fire initially ignited in the Adithya Pharma unit. However, attempts to extinguish the flames inadvertently escalated the situation, resulting in three workers sustaining serious injuries.

Upon receiving the information, two fire tenders promptly reached the spot and successfully extinguished the flames.

The injured workers were rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment.

A case has been registered, and an investigation is currently underway, the police added.(UNI)
