Nagpur, July 4: President Draupadi Murmu arrived here on Tuesday evening for a three days’ visit to Vidarbha to attend a series of events.The President will also interact with some prominent personalities from different fields such as literature, social service and education during her stay in Nagpur, an official communication said.On Wednesday, July 5, she will grace the convocation ceremony of Gondwana university in Gadchiroli.On her return to Nagpur the same day, she will inaugurate the cultural center of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan at Koradi.On Thursday, July 6, the President will also visit Wardha and attend the convocation ceremony ofthe Mahatma Gandhi International Hindi University.In her maiden visit to Nagpur since assuming the office in New Delhi, she will be the chief guest ofthe programmes.The President will leave Nagpur Airport for Mumbai at 1:30 PM .(UNI)
