HYDERABAD, DEC 1: Ola Electric, India’s largest electric vehicles company on Thursday announced the opening of the first Ola Experience Centre in Secunderabad as part of its ongoing countrywide D2C footprint expansion process.
The new centre will enable localities to enjoy quick and easy access to Ola’s scooters and services at their convenience, the company said in a release here.
With an aim to provide all services under one roof, Ola Experience Centres allow EV enthusiasts to experience Ola’s EV technology and gather any information regarding the vehicles.
They also enable customers to avail of test rides of the S1 and S1 Pro, seek assistance in purchasing from Ola’s Brand Champions, get details on financing options and culminate into their purchase journey on the Ola app.
These Experience Centres also double up as one-stop destinations for all the post-sales care and maintenance of Ola scooters.
Positioned as the most advanced scooters in their respective categories, the Ola S1 & S1 Pro come with the most popular MoveOS features such as Music Playback, Navigation, Companion App, and Reverse Mode, with an exception of the Eco mode in the S1 Pro.
The festive season offers announced during Diwali, are now being extended till December 31, 2022, and the customers can buy the Ola S1 Pro for a discount of up to INR 10,000 with an assured 7-day delivery through select experience centres.
With Ola’s robust D2C model and the latest extension of physical touch points through its Experience Centres, the company has already managed to organize over 1 lakh customer test rides pan-India. (UNI)
